Red velvet: Three moist layers of stunning Red Velvet has a very authentic texture. It is moist, fluffy, and buttery.
Raspberry: Fresh raspberry folded lightly in our white velvet cake
Lemon Blueberry: Fresh lemon zest and wild blueberries.
Lemon: Fresh lemon zest and lemon oil to create a sweet. tart, and tangy cake.
Maple Spice: Classic sponge with a Canadian twist.

Classic Yellow Cake: Childhood memoires are made with yellow cake, classic white cake with more egg than normal with give it that bright yellow colour.
Toffee: Take or Velvet cake and infuse it with crushed toffee.
Each cake unless noted will be 3 layers and thick layers between swiss buttercream. Each price is a starting price detail and decorations will go up.

Swiss buttercream
All of our cakes treats and buttercream are made from scratch in house! All purpose flour cake and pastry flour, milk eggs, homemade vanilla and high quality butter. Our Swiss buttercream is a soft ivory colour, and not overly sweet. Our Cakes are chilled from the fridge . Let your cake stand at room temperature for 1-2 h before serving or straight from the fridge is best.
